There's something warm and comforting in being blanketed by 40 centimetres of snow in a day, in early March, knowing that it's just a temporary skin that will be shed, before the thaw and the invetibale spring. So much musical activity bubbling that it was time Vol. 3 of the PopCast kicked into gear to address this weekend's bounty, and get the ball rolling again.
